Purchasing Order:
For pricing, information and questions please contact us directly. Our sales office is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Therefore, we can be easily reached at any time and we respond to most inquiry within 24 hours. We accept orders by phone, fax, e-mail, or mail. Please provide a purchase order number, product description,
quantity, as well as full details of any special requirements.
WIP:
If customers want to change the design or quantity after orders going into production, they are required to pay for the material working in process.
Specifications:
Unless otherwise specified, Chinese equivalent glass is used instead of Schott or Ohara glass. For the latter, customers are welcome to provide raw glass.
We do our best to offer accurate information on ourproducts. However, the, user should always verify the suitability of a product for its intended application. If a particular specification iscrucial, pleasecheck before ordering.
Payment
Net 30 days terms are offered to customers with approved credit. Otherwise, orders should be prepaid in US Dollar, by wire transfer, unless otherwise approved. Customers pay for the bank transaction fee. A check is not acceptable at this moment.
Prices:
Prices are in FOB Fuzhou, Fujian, China and normally held for 3 months. In the event of an order differing from the overall quotation,
we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.
Quantity:
We don't require a minimum order quantity(MOQ), and ask that you help by placing with amount not less than US$100 for each order.
Lead-time:
Lead-time refer to the date order is confirmed to when shipment is made, time for transportation is not included. Generally, we provide a delivery of 5 weeks, and for some items as fast as 1 week. We make every effort to deliver the goods ASAP, while it depends on the precision required and quantity ordered.
Shipping:
If you have a preferred shipping carrier, we would like to have the name, address and phone number of you shipper, as well as your account number. If the shipment method is not specified, we will use the most efficient and economical way for the order. Customers pay for shipment from China, all dutids and customs fee; or the shipping charge will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

Warranty:
We guarantee all the products delivered are free of flaws/defects and corresponds to the quality requested in material and workmanship.
This warranty is void if failure of product has resulted fromaccident,
abuse or misapplication. Our liability is limited to the prece of the part or service we are providing.
Returns:
We can troublshoot most problems via photo, fax or e-mail. If necessary, we will give you a RMA number. Please return the materials for evaluation together with detailed report of flaws within 30days from date of invoice. All returned materials should be shipped prepaid with RMA number specified on the shipping document. We will replace or modify any defective product under warranty. |
